This vase is GORGEOUS!!!
Approx 7 1/2” tall. The Face of the Pulpit or Flower is approx 5”in diameter and the foot has a diameter of 3 1/4”. This Jack in the Pulpit Vase has a beautiful green body that could possibly be Uranium or Vaseline Glass…it does glow under a black light. First picture is under black light. The Pulpit has a teal green opalescent face. There are lots of bubbles in the glass, which would indicate this is a very early Jack in the Pulpit Vase, possibly dating back to the mid to late 1800’s. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, nicks, chips or dings. It does have a rough area on the bottom of the vase that possibly came from when the vase was removed from the blowing pipe, which also indicates it is a very early piece. It is unsigned.
