الموضوع: تعليمات حجز المقعد
عزيزي ولي أمر الطالبـ/ ـة:
تهديكم مدارس عبق العلم العالمية أطيب التحايا، ونشعركم بأنه سيتم فتح باب حجز المقاعد لأبنائنا الطلاب للعام الدراسي القادم (2025-2026) بدءاً من يوم الخميس الموافق 15/05/2025 م وحرصا منا للحفاظ على أفضلية منسوبينا الطلاب المستمرين بالمدرسة، سيكون حجز المقاعد حصراً لهم خلال الأسبوع الأول من تاريخه.
نرجو منكم مراعاة شروط إتمام عملية حجز المقعد التالية تباعاً:
- استيفاء سداد كامل الرسوم الدراسية الحالية (إن وجدت).
- تحديث معلومات الطالبـ/ ـة من خلال تعبئة النموذج الإلكتروني (على الرابط التالي: من هنا) ولمعرفة طريقة تحديث النموذج (يرجى الإطلاع على الفيديو التالي: من هنا).
- بعد الإنتهاء من تحديث المعلومات على الرابط أعلاه يرجى زيارة قسم المحاسبة لتوقيع مستند إكمال الإجراءات وسداد رسوم حجز المقعد بقيمة 1200 ريال غير شاملة الضريبة المضافة (رسوم الحجز غير مستردة ويتم حسمها من الدفعة الأولى لاحقاً).
ملاحظة هامة: نرجوا منكم المبادرة في إتمام عملية حجز المقعد إلى تاريخ 25/05/2025 م كحد أقصى. ونؤكد أن عدم إتمام الحجز خلال هذه المهلة سيُعتبر تنازلاً عن المقعد، مما يعني إلغاء أولوية ابنكم/ابنتكم في التسجيل، وسيتم بعد هذا التاريخ إعتبار المقعد ضمن المقاعد المتاحة لجميع الطلاب (المستجدين والمستمرين) على حد سواء حسب أولوية الحضور وتوفر الشواغر، دون ضمان توفر مقعد.
نأمل منكم التعاون والحرص على الحجز خلال الفترة المحددة حفاظًا على مقعد ابنكم/ابنتكم.

Subject: Seat Reservation Instructions
Dear Parent/Guardian,
Warm greetings from Abaq Al-Ilm International Schools!
We would like to inform you that seat reservation for the upcoming academic year (2025–2026) will open starting Thursday, May 15, 2025. In our commitment to prioritize our currently enrolled students, seat reservation will be exclusively available to them during the first week from the above date.
We kindly ask you to consider the following conditions:
- Settle any outstanding balance of current tuition fees (if applicable).
- Update student information by filling out the reservation form (at the following link: here) for instruction on how to update the form, please refer to the following video: here.
- Visit the accounting department to pay the non-refundable seat reservation fee of SAR 1,200 (excluding VAT) after completing the information update through the above form. The paid amount will be deducted from the first tuition installment.
Important Note:
We kindly urge you to complete the seat reservation on or before Sunday, May 25, 2025. Failure to complete the reservation within this deadline will be considered a loss of the seat, which means your child’s priority for registration will be cancelled. After this date, all remaining seats will be made available to both new and returning students, based on first-come, first-served and seat availability, with no guarantee of seat reservation.
